„Vanagupė“ complex: swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath.

Jacuzzi – it is more than a bath. While enjoying a hot bath you will feel how good you can recover and regenerate using warm water and bubbles. Hydrotherapy it is a great way to get rid of stress, pain, relax and re-experience the harmony.

Sauna: it is a mild smell of wood-scented room where sauna lovers are sitting on the wooden benches and pour water on the hot stones. It is amazing hot air therapy. Air temperature is 90° C.

Turkish bath: it is a room where people lie on the hot marble slabs covered with towels. The sauna heats only the walls, floors and bunks. Turkish bath humidity is close to 100% and the air temperature is 40-50 °. The sauna is in light steam. In Turkish bath it is very easy to breathe.

Swimming pool: swimming in the water it is a pleasure not only during the summer season. In water the weight of person it is just a few pounds. Because of this unusual state, swimming – it is a very pleasant procedure. VanaSPA pool’s water temperature is 28-29 ° C it is exactly the temperature of the water for a pleasant swim. Swimming accelerates blood circulation and metabolism, and swimming pool it is a great tool to trim the body lines.

Visit Vanagupe and Golden Spa swimming pool and sauna complex (swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage currents pool, which  water is saturated with minerals and salts, steam bath, aroma bath, ice room). Treat yourself with water sports “Vanagupe”!

Pool: swimming pool with massage reclining areas, color therapy. Next to the pool – lounge area overlooking the pine forest. A hot cup of herbal tea will help to relax and rest.

Aromatherapy bath: a steam bath, but not too much moisture within, with natural herbal flavors. It helps to keep the airways, perform therapeutic functions. Warm beds and pleasant aroma relaxes and heals.

Steam bath: true steam room with authentic oriental motifs. Lots of steam and moisture, temperatures up to 60 degrees.

Ice room: perfect for those that want to cool down after the sauna pleasures. Ice procedure improves blood circulation and harden the skin, strengthens the immune system, mood and provides energy.

Pricing

The swimming pool overlooks the Indian massive wooden doors. The pool is for up to 4 people. While playing soothing music, you can float and enjoy colour – light therapy and short tropical rain.

Outdoor heated pool is 18 meters long and 7 meters wide. Deck chairs for sunbathing and relaxing in the shade of the cozy Greek-style shelter are arranged around the pool. The outdoor pool is open in a summer season, from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.

Children’s pool is made special for kids to enjoy the heated water.
